JPMorgan’s Asset & Wealth Management Aims for $10 Trillion AUM
Mary Callahan Erdoes, CEO of JPMorgan Chase’s asset and wealth management division, outlined an ambitious growth trajectory for the business, targeting over $10 trillion in assets under management. The firm currently oversees $5.9 trillion.
Speaking at JPMorgan’s investor day in New York, Erdoes emphasized the division’s recurring revenue model, with 73% of income coming from stable sources. The business operates capital-efficiently across all regions and sectors.
Investment in the division has grown significantly, from $1 billion five years ago to a planned $2.7 billion this year - the largest annual spend in the business’s history. This capital deployment reflects confidence in the division’s scalable, high-margin operations.
